You must read the application, fill it out and submit it to us before August 15, 2006
		Once your application is submitted, and receive your acceptance form for the Filming to begin in the fall, 2006 at a resort in Las Vegas to be announced before your arrival; you may not withdraw or change your commitment after August 15, 2006. However, if you cannot make the FILMING for acceptable reasons or if you are not accepted to the program you will receive a written release.
		Please note: the following eligibility requirements must be met in order to proceed with the application process.
	a.	You must be willing to travel at your own expense to be available for the unique workshop experience taping of “So, you wanna be an Actor?" in the fall of 2006 (as scheduled by the Producers) in Las Vegas, Nevada at a site you will be informed of at your acceptance.
	b.	You must be willing to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada for one week in the fall of 2006 (as scheduled by the Producers) for the final filming and/or winner selection. Pre-approved economy travel (round trip to and from Las Vegas and your home in the United States) to be paid by Producers in the event you are selected as the winner.
	c.	You must be willing to vigorously participate in a unique workshop setting and be filmed for a pilot and possible other television coverages.
	d.	You must be at least 21 years of age.
	e.	You must be a United States citizen and live in the United States.
	f.	You must not now be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become one until after initial broadcast of all programs in which you appear, if selected as a contestant.
	g.	You must be in excellent physical and mental health.
	h.	If you are selected to be interviewed, you must timely complete and return (prior to the date of your personal interview) the completed Medical History Form, to be furnished to you by the Producers.
	i.	To accept an invitation to be a participant, you must complete, and timely return the Competitor Form Package, which will be furnished to you by the Producers, and will include, among other things, a Competitor Affidavit, and the Competitor Agreement, including Release Forms and Waivers for you and your immediate family, and you must agree to submit to a physical and mental examination to be conducted in Las Vegas if the producers deem it necessary by a medical professional(s) selected by Producer and meet all physical and psychological requirements.
	j.	If you are selected as a participant, you agree to authorize Producers to conduct a background check.
	k.	All participants must have a valid United States passport, or drivers license and deliver a copy to Producers no later than August 15, 2006.
	l.	Employees, officers, directors and agents of any Network or Broadcasting Casting Company, Production Company Affiliates, B & B Entertainment LLC, Maxxam Entertainment, Inc., Maxxam Pictures LLC, The Carr Company LLC, and/or of any of their respective licensees, assigns, parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, directors and agents are not eligible to be participants on “So, you wanna be an Actor?” or participate in this application process.
	Applications MUST be written clearly or typed and must be accompanied by a videotape which meets the following restrictions:
	LENGTH:			Thirty (30) seconds to Three (3) minutes. Anything over three minutes will not be considered.
	FORMAT:			VHS, Hi-8. (no mini-DVs, 8mm, or VHS-C) We prefer VHS. To transfer the other formats to VHS simply connect your camera to your VCR and record. We will also except any digital format - DVD, CD , mov, etc.
	CONTENT:			Who you are and why you would make the TERRIFIC ACTOR YOU ARE SEEKING TO BE! Be creative!
	DEADLINE:			Completed application with videotape must be received by August 15, 2006. The videotape will be retained by Producers and will not be returned to you, whether or not you are selected as a contestant.

	Applications will only be considered if they are complete. Complete applications consist of the following:
	a.	Completed application form (including the signed name and likeness release) along with an attached passport-sized photo.
	b.	Three-minute videotape labeled clearly with your name, age and phone number.
	c.	Print clearly on the outside of the envelope the city in which you live.

	Once your application is submitted, you will receive either an acceptance or rejection form. If accepted, you will receive an acceptance notice for the Filming to begin on Monday, August 28, 2006 at a resort in Las Vegas to be announced before your arrival – you must then sign and return that acceptance notice as soon as possible. You may not withdraw or change your commitment after August 15, 2006.
